Notice of the Society of Caribbean Lawyers Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
The Society of Caribbean Lawyers (“SOCAL”) AGM will be held on Tuesday 11 June 2024 at 5:30pm (UK time) at Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG and will also be broadcast live for you to join electronically. If you wish to join the meeting electronically, you will need to join via a link to be circulated once your attendance is confirmed.
At the AGM we will confirm SOCAL’s constitution and hold elections for our Steering Committee for the next 12 months, therefore it is very important for you to attend. We will also be announcing the updated membership structure that will guide our future operations.
Existing members of the Steering Committee are required to seek re-election to maintain their positions. If you are not currently a Steering Committee member but are interested in joining, please review the role descriptions below for consideration and complete this form. To flag, we are also introducing three new positions to the Steering Committee. Your participation at the AGM is important for SOCAL, and we would encourage all SOCAL members to take part in this meeting. All SOCAL members will be able to vote. You can submit any questions in advance of the AGM by sending an email to info@socalawyers.com.
