The Society of Caribbean Lawyers Mentorship Scheme
Connecting aspiring lawyers with qualified lawyers in order to achieve success.
Students of Caribbean heritage enter university at relatively high rates but are woefully underrepresented in the profession and in City firms. SOCAL’s Mentorship scheme plans to change this.
The SOCAL Mentorship scheme connects aspiring lawyers of Caribbean heritage with qualified lawyers who can offer SOCAL mentees:
industry insight
CV guidance
interview advice
work experience/career entry advice and more!
