SOCAL Reggae Winter Warmer Drinks Reception

The Society of Caribbean Lawyers (SOCAL) hosted our Winter Warmer Drinks Reception at the offices of Hogan Lovells on 16th February 2023.

The event featured keynote speaker Jacqueline McKenzie, Partner at Leigh Day and Windrush Campaigner. Jacqueline delivered a powerful and inspiring speech about Caribbean history in the UK.

The SOCAL Steering Committee were also introduced, and plans around upcoming events such as the Windrush Celebration and Panel Discussion were shared.

The event featured reggae music throughout, and attendees also had the chance to take part in a raffle.
